- Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

Items returned will be issued store credit equal to the final amount paid (excluding discounts).

Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be used on any items available on our website.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

Be in 100% original condition with all tags attached.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfume, makeup, and fake tan marks.

Swimwear must retain its hygiene seal and be tried on over underwear for hygiene purposes.

Shoes must be returned in their original box, packed inside a postage bag. The shoe box must remain undamaged.

Fake tan, lingerie, socks, or earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective or faulty.
Final Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit unless faulty or defective.
