30 DAY RETURN

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

• Items returned will be issued store credit equal to the final amount paid (excluding discounts).

• Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be used on any items available on our website.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Be in 100% original condition with all tags attached.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfume, makeup, and fake tan marks.

• Swimwear must retain its hygiene seal and be tried on over underwear for hygiene purposes.

• Shoes must be returned in their original box, packed inside a postage bag. The shoe box must remain undamaged.

• Fake tan, lingerie, socks, or earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective or faulty.

Final Sale Items

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit unless faulty or defective.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for covering postage costs for returned items.

• We recommend using a traceable delivery service to ensure the safe return of your items.

• Sassy Stitch Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Rejected Returns
